Our treatment rooms are located behind Pomander Gift Shop (on ground floor); please go to the shop counter on arrival to confirm your booking.  Fresh drinking water will be provided and a client waiting area, so please take your time and sit for 5 minutes after your treatment or browse the Pomander shop.

 Consultation
A health and lifestyle consultation (approximately 15 minutes) is completed before your first appointment (at no extra charge).  Some medical conditions require written approval from your GP/medical practitioner before any holistic treatment can be carried out.  If you are suffering from a long-term medical condition, are under the care of a GP or are taking medication, then GP approval must be sought.  Please contact Caroline at Pomander for advice or if you have any queries.

Aftercare advice

• Drink some fresh water after treatment to aid the elimination of toxins from the body.

• Try to rest as much as possible after the treatment to aid the body's own healing process.

After Hot Stone Therapy: drink plenty of water and avoid heat treatments or hot baths directly after.  Allow a suitable period of time for the body to rest and rebalance.
